Suggested Use: Every person’s body is unique and dosing can vary per person depending on internal factors. If you are new to cannabinoids, we recommend starting low and working your way up to an amount that works best for you. Most people start with 10mg once or twice a day. Gradually adjusting their dose every 3-7 days until the desired result is achieved. Effects typically felt within 1-3 hours. Can last 8 hours or more. We suggest starting with a lower dose and increasing if needed, or if directed by a physician.

Refrigeration is not necessary. Do not store above room temperature or in a humid environment. Do not touch dropper to skin, mouth, or any surface between or during use to help prevent contamination.

HOW TO USE:

1. Take this product up to 1 hour before bed.
2. Shake well before using.  Measure the desired amount using the metered dropper and use as desired.
3. Pinch and release the silicone top to fill your dropper to the desired amount. Droppers are calibrated in 0.25 increments for consistent dosing.
4. Drop directly under the tongue and swallow. Consult a doctor before use.
5. Start low and go slow. To avoid grogginess, do not consume more than ½mL for the first dose. With more experience, you will find the best dose for your body.
6. Ingest by dropping the desired dose directly into your mouth and swallow. Effects typically felt within 1-3 hours but can last 8+ hours.
7. Take with food for best results. THC binds to fat and the effects are known to be stronger with food in your system.
8. Do not consume more than 10mg Delta 8 THC (½mL) per 24 hours.
