Dirty Pelican was created out of a desire to serve healthy cocktail & mocktail options without sacrificing creativity, sophistication and taste.

Classic Margaita: A crisp blend of fresh lime and juicy orange, perfectly balanced with smooth agave and a touch of Himalayan pink salt for a refreshingly light and flavorful margarita. Bright, smooth, and effortlessly sippable, it creates cocktails that feel just as good as they taste.

Mango Passionfruit Margarita: A lite, yet sweet blend of mango and passionfruit puree, paired perfectly with fresh thyme. Our Mango Passionfruit Margarita is the complete opposite of all other puree based mixers out there. How so? We use actual puree. The texture of our mango mixer comes from true & real organic mango puree; giving this mixer an amazing texture proving its authenticity. The other beautiful thing about using real mango is that the sweetness in this recipe comes straight from the mango itself; we only add 4g of agave per serving, to help balance the drink perfectly.

Elderflower Paloma: Tart grapefruit paired with fresh lime juice and the sweet botanical essence of elderflower. We chose our grapefruits from Argentina because they have a more gentle bitterness to them, than a traditional grapefruit we typically have in the USA. The elderflower touch in this mixer is gentle & on the backend. We purposely crafted the recipe this way so nothin in this drink is over powering the other.

Whats the point of a non-alcoholic cocktail?

We love a good cocktail. We love the ceremony of making it - or having a professional thoughtfully make it for us. The weight of the glass, the cut of the ice, the slow-drinking bite and the richness of the ingredients as they mingle with one another to form totally new flavors.

You may also notice that we don't use the word "mocktail". It's no big deal but, for us, it conjures-up images of those overly sweet, syrupy, imposters, posing in a hurricane glass and wearing a whipped cream hat. Mocktails are missing something. They're "less than". Cocktails made with Free Spirits lift you up. They are "more than" your traditional cocktail.
