Keep in mind that dosage is going to be different for different people. The ideal dose depends on a lot of things, including age, gender, tolerance, individual body chemistry, height, weight, diet, and the cannabis use experience you’re looking for. Always start with a professionally made edible that has a known dosage. That means that there’s an amount of Delta-9 THC on the package listed in milligrams (mg).
NOTE: 10-50mg THC is considered strong for beginners. 50mg THC and above is considered very strong and typically reserved for medical patients and daily consumers with established THC tolerance.
